This policy applies to visitors to nev2000.com and to individuals who contact us by phone, email or in person.

• When you visit the website: technical data automatically recorded by the hosting provider, including your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, and your browser and device type. These data are used to keep the website secure and functioning properly.
• When you contact us (by phone, email or in person): your name, phone number, email address (if you provide it) and the content of your enquiry.
• When entering into a contract: data needed to fulfil the order and issue documents, such as the company name, UIC, address and contact person.

The website has no user registration, contact form or online payments. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

• Responding to an enquiry and preparing a quote: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).
• Fulfilling an order and performing a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
• Complying with accounting and tax obligations (Article 6(1)(c)).
• Website security and maintenance: legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)).

5. Retention periods

• Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: up to 12 months.
• Contract data and accounting documents: for the periods required by law (generally up to 10 years for accounting documents).
• Technical logs: for a short period determined by the hosting provider.

6. Who we share data with

• Hosting and network provider: Cloudflare, Inc. (processes technical data when you access the website). Data may be transferred outside the EEA, subject to appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.
• An accounting firm and courier companies, only where necessary to fulfil an order.
• Public authorities, where we are required to do so by law.

We do not sell personal data.
